Our Pandora AU Online Shop offers a 90-day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 90 days from the date of shipment. For products purchased in any of our stores, please check the following for return policy details.

Reasons do apply to 90 days Return/Exchange Policy:

1.We sent the wrong order or item

2.You received any broken items,like the paint is chipping, crystals fall off, etc.

3.The quality of the products you received is poor/defective.

4.You chose the wrong size bracelet or ring.

5.Personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.

6.Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.

Returns do not apply to the following items:

1.Individual purchases over $500.

2.Items scratches, blemishes, and signs of wear or tear.

3.Items that became damaged or defective by customers.

4.Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals like, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.

5.Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

6.Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.

Return Process

1.Contact Us First

Contact us first to tell us the reason and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue. When approved, you will receive an email with your return address along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.

2.Package your order:

Repack the items in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the your name and order number on the receipt and put inside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

3.Shipping

For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Please note: for security purposes, do not write contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4.Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of your items. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Notice:

1.We are NOT responsible for any return postage fees, insures fees and replacement fees, you can only get refund of products.

2.If the return value is over $100, you need insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.

3.We will only exchange the items for the same product, or for items or equal or lesser value.
