Several suppliers are unable to arrange the delivery in time due to the COVID-19 and we weren’t be informed in advance. Until today, we've ended our cooperative relationship with some suppliers who are unable to provide the services. We're truly sorry for this bad experience. If you haven’t received your item(s) in 20 days after placing the order, you may apply for a full refund.

As for apologies, we now also offer you a 100 voucher for compensation.
