The following warranty terms explains how it works.
1. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items back, including the warranty repair.
2. jewelleryshop-au.comreserves the right to void the warranty on any items that has modified, abused or damaged beyond "normal wear", as confirmed by our jewellery professionals.
3. Customer should ensure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Joanfeel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
